At PH Artistry, we take great care in processing each order. If a customer accidentally selects the wrong item, they must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order to request a correction or refund.

Refunds will only be processed after confirmation from our team that the request is valid and the item has not yet been shipped or customized.

Once the item is shipped, customized, or if no confirmation is received within the given time, no refund will be issued.
